    Our hosted VoIP customers (see hosted VoIP) enjoy the use and 24 hour a day access to CIC’s dashboard.  Several of the most popular features of the Dashboard are shown below.

    • You can view the history of incoming and outgoing calls for your phone, listen to  voice mail messages and view fax messages from a web browser on any device with internet connectivity.

    • Setup Call Forwarding and “Find Me Follow Me.”

    • Create and maintain Contact and Group Lists.  “Click to Dial” to return a call.

    • CIC Dashboard home screen.

     


    • CIC does software upgrades more than once a year, keeping your service current and dramatically reducing replacement of hardware. This avoids costs and is environmentally friendly because e-waste is reduced.

    • Easily scalable - new phones are added without purchasing anything. CIC even supplies the phone!

    • VOIP phones operate over computer network cable (like Cat 5), so there is generally no special cabling needed for your phones.

    • You can move phones around your office by simply unplugging the phone and plugging it into a network jack at the new location.
