Our hosted VoIP customers (see hosted VoIP) enjoy the use and 24 hour a day access to CIC’s dashboard. Several of the most popular features of the Dashboard are shown below.
- You can view the history of incoming and outgoing calls for your phone, listen to voice mail messages and view fax messages from a web browser on any device with internet connectivity.

- Setup Call Forwarding and “Find Me Follow Me.”

- Create and maintain Contact and Group Lists. “Click to Dial” to return a call.

VOIP phones operate over computer network cable (like Cat 5), so there is generally no special cabling needed for your phones. -
